Miva Care has been contracted by a family office to deliver this high-end home, their first such asset, with the project due for completion in 2026.
Manor Farm
Malton, North Yorkshire
Located in the desirable village of Old Malton, Manor Farm will be an opulent 78 bed care home. Whilst the building will carry a rustic charm, having been designed to blend in with the farmhouses next door, the home will be all electric and carry the highest ESG credentials.
Miva Care was instrumental in bringing the deal together with a top tier operator and funding through a REIT forward funding arrangement. Due for completion in 2025.
Priesty Fields
Congelton, Cheshire
Located in the historic market town of Congleton, Priesty Fields sets a high bar in interior design and luxurious comfort. The 78-bedroom home accommodates a private dining room, cinema room, pub, and a high street to provide residents with the most elegant of surroundings.
Miva Care was involved in the original build, and more recently worked with the REIT landlord to transition the home seamlessly and confidentially to a new operator.

Miva Care was instrumental in structuring the deal, through collaborating with a development partner to deliver the build for one of Miva’s key operator partners, as well as forward selling the asset onto a REIT landlord.

Miva Care assisted the operator to purchase the home through arranging funding with a European fund which was a new entrant to the UK market.
