Dipe Rajani
Director
Dipe spent over a decade in Commercial Banking, structuring deals for multinational clients and growing a large business unit within the global banking space. Following this, he founded and sold a tech retail business, and has since founded Miva Care, with ambitions to expand the availability of quality care for the UK population.
Dipe graduated with a First Class Honours degree in Economics from University College London, and holds an Executive MBA with Distinction from Warwick Business School. For his MBA dissertation, Dipe researched the future of the care home market, the potential for disruption, and its impact on property design. Dipe is especially passionate about expanding the equality in new build roll out amongst different demographics, which plays a key role in the strategy for Miva Care.
Dhiru Rajani
Director
Dhiru has spent almost 40 years in the care home industry and has gained an enviable reputation within the market. He is renowned for utilising his extensive network, exploring creative solutions, and thinking outside the box in order to solve complex problems. This mindset, combined with the over 70 developments and transactions which he has successfully executed throughout his career, means he is a widely recognised and respected figure in the industry.
Dhiru’s experience spans all aspects of the care home property market and across all corners of the UK.
